Impressions on Go language

I spent a good amount of time in studying Google’s Go language today. The language has academic feel and the creators are very well known.

Installing Go on Ubuntu Karmic is a breeze. Thanks to this blog article.

Compiling the hello world program is fast in any language & architecture! :)

Saying hello world in my native language (Telugu) was a challenge since the characters were jumbled in the console, nothing to do with Go any way.

It’s a pleasant experience so far. Good luck Go team, Keep Go-ing!
